The Great I Am

The Great I Am

Infinite calculations are not calculated
But simplified in the complexity of my mind
In an instant numbers merge in one but only
An instant when compared to human time,
And these supernatural capabilities only supernatural
According to how human logic is defined,
Defined by shaky stringed thoughts of unpredictable kind.
But should I solidify their reasoning so that
Never would they uniquely bend
And create unwilling but obeying robots
Which instead of loving simply comprehend
There would be no joy in molding
Designing such beings to be,
Who in forced labour forever
Grind to bring forth cheap, meaningless glory.
So understanding that if I would give them a choice
Some of them, all of them, would tear apart joy
And swerve drunkenly from my fatherly voice.
But as it is so, let it be
Though I will have to endure my own wrath
It is worth it to receive love from but a few
And be showered in righteous glory.
So snap, I feel the power underneath my fingertip
And clench my immaterial hand as the blackness I grip
And release so that love, mercy, forgiveness spread
Ever moving away in each direction with speed a constant same
Oh Newton's laws of motion are actually mine, I smile
And soon it would be called the big, big bang!
And out from the blinding light which I do spark
Come atoms of microscopic matter which clash
And combine in the splitting dark
With a tidbit of force the ions I compress
And grin as each electron collides
With the other and caves into the nucleus
To eventually create a strange liquid  substance
molded by gravity into a circular orb
Some salty, and some purely life's essence.
And then splitting these atoms and shattering their structure
I redesign them into something knew,
Solid now in stature
And grow from it leafy branches and design it to be the home
Of the odd beasts I mold as if from clay
And place them carefully in a garden to  roam.
So as I see this now partially solid orb adorned
And polished with feathery, scaly life of every form
Who fill the air and slither in every cranny
I concentrate my power effortlessly and wait as it builds
And fling it out to build the finale!
And look! The image of me rising as a pillar of sand
Just a seemingly innocent fleshy shell now, but
Wait till I breath into him a soul, and help him to stand!
And how much suffering will these images of me cause
Just to save indignant beings I will lie in blood and gauze
But I do not succumb to anything but my own wise plan,
Thus I choose to slaughter my own innocent lamb
In a state of grace, forgiveness, and mercy I stand
Because I am the one, the only,
Great I Am.
