The Halloween I was Terrified.

Well, sit down kids, gonna tell you a story, what happened to me, when I was younger, one Halloween.

I stepped into a slippery, slushy, scene, like I was walking in Ice Cream.

I had old bread sacks upon my feet, to prevent my toes, from getting wet.

And, I started sliding, down the street, keeping balance, with the help of my Clarinet.

******* ******* ******* ******* ******* ******* *******

Well, a gust of wind, pushed on my back, about the time, the trees again to sway. 

There was shingles from the roof tops, tumbleweeds, and Ghost and Goblins in my way.

I was clearly approaching a cross in the road, and couldn't help but notice,  the light was red.

And when I seen that School Buss busting through the drifts, I thought I was Dead.

The drivers face was white as a Ghost,

Next thing I seen was tire tread.

I took a dive and started to slide.

Using my Clarinet, as a sled.

******* ******* ******* ******* ******* ******* ******* 

Well, I'm here to tell ya children, I was truly thankful to reach, the other side.

Well, talk about your dreams and screams that Halloween I was defiantly terrified.

Well, Jeepers Creepers, the Ol' Grimm Reaper,...Tried to take me for a ride.

And I still have dreams and screams, about that Halloween, that I barely survived.
