THE LEADING ROLE

On the silver screen he takes the leading roleĀ
Plays his part so well and puts in his heart and soul
He is in almost every scene and always appearsĀ
One moment smiling broadly the next he's in tears

The accent he puts on is from America's deep south
So genuine and lifelike as the words come from his mouth
The producer and director are happy with him so farĀ
They have to be careful for he is the film's main starĀ

Several takes to get this next scene appear just right
Tiring being the lead role as day now turns into night
I often wonder what it would be like on a movie setĀ
Be really amazing and awesome I'm willing to bet
