'The Life In Your Years'

Age is inevitable but life is in the heart,
this we take for granted much deeper at the start.
Every day wiser, another day smart,
imagine now and forever ago, years and years apart.
So live for now and get lost in the moment
as another blank page nears.

In the end it is not the years in your life that count,
It's the life in your years.
