Poem -
The Man....God
Every time
crustily opening eyes,
I am him.
He,
said to death
will pass,
unfurling mind
in a thoughtless world
where parts have purpose
and so fourth to destiny;
His,
ideal of life predetermined
false!
Died long ago,
when set laws
forced in motion
took on it's own control.
Aman,
advanced among men
stands out,
with no other
level of comparable knowledge,
He,
can be more
than just you....
or a him.

Hi Devon A Deep thought provoking write for
me. I read it a few times before commenting
I think it questions if Jesus was a just a man
or was he really the son of god brought to earth
to provide us with the grace of god (my interpretation only )
I love how you created those questions in your write ,and for those who
believe in god but choose to follow no religion like myself
this poem makes me want to know more about the man

Hello Debs and thank you. You did not ramble and I enjoy and value your interpretation because the more I write and pour my spiritual side into poetry I find there are more people who feel the same as me and that religion is for yhose who choose tk believe in it and for me I don't believe in Conformity. I do rather enjoy the bible but this is not just about Jesus in particular it is about God the beginning really just a man who was more advanced in knowledge then others therefore making him standout from the rest, and of course there's holes and my imagination can easily fill them in lol. Dude!!...I Love this write brother!!......I mean, I think it's silly to walk through this life without questioning...... and coming to our own decisions about what we believe......I have travelled the globe trying to find my own answers...... and in doing so I developed an unshakeable belief system of my own...... and I know not everyone would believe exactly what I believe...... but isn't that what makes life so interesting........ wouldn't the creator want us to find our own answers...... we are all individuals..... and we were created that way for a reason........LOVE THIS DEVON!!...... makes me happy to know you're thinking about the big questions brother poet.......ALL STARS...... Yo T! No worries bro, the birds will get back on track this week and beag the skins. This is a good team trust me. I believe I pitched this idea to you so you should know where I was going with this, and I can't help to completely agree with....it is awesome to have your own beliefs and know others share something of their own that is similar. I believe it to be inhuman to not question the point of existence and the creator and look at life from a step back vantage to see the bigger picture. I actually like talking to people who practice different religions to see where they come from and who they are and what they believe, gives me that openness to write on these subjects. Love and peace my brother.

This world needs to be more open and understanding to others beliefs that is one thing that shapes us and makes us different and helps others to understand why they differ.
