Departing

And losers
Of humanity 
Demand
This
Influence
By wreaking 
Havoc
And creating
Victims 

Their
Mark
Leaves
A stain
But does
Not define
The
Strong

The innovators 
Spend their
Life
Fixated
in making
Their
mark
While
The politicians 
Strive
For immortal 
Like perception 
Though their
Ordinary
Can often
Be seen
In the reflection 
Of their character's
Internal
Mirror

It is the Poet's 
Contributions 
though
That intrigues
This
Writer
The most

Maybe it
Is
Because
Of our
Ability
To
Capture
The reader's 
Emotions
By broadcasting
It
In words
For eyes
To
Hear
The ears to
See
The mouth
to smell
And the nose
To taste

Leaving our
senses
And our memories 
to be the
Artisan 
Of our dreams
Creating
An impressionistic 
Masterpiece
That
Cannot
Be forgotten......
