The Merchant's Love letter

Yaddira I am in chains of darkness
and I hold not my destiny,
I live to bathe in your cool silent waters
and put rose peddles on your bed;
before the rising of the sun--
hold this humble merchant like a love letter
let your breasts fall softly in my callous hands
give me the taste of your lips to carry
as I comfort the spread of your shoulder
...inhale contentment; Yaddira
and speak no more,
of bitterness and sorrow
let joy enter in with silent moans
smile,
sing the kind of music I live for
softly, grip me, peel me, drown me
serendipity lives in a blush
put away salty tears in my presence...
cursed be the thought of leaving

Hello Sir Christopher...
A great mix here...
Reminds me of The Great Gatsby, The Sound of Music, topped off with a bed of roses...
I felt like I was waiting for the curtain to close...
Getting ready for the next scene...
Great write!
Thank you for sharing...
Hugs...

Dear Christopher,
His love for "Yaddira" is all encompassing. Even her name, an ancient one, is mesmerizing. Your words are intoxicating. May she sing him sacred love songs forever.
Peace and Love,

hey Larry,
thanks for making a great comment, I enjoy when a comment is focused on the actual write, instead of the writer, so your comment means a lot to me, I won't take any credit for this one, it was a joy to write and basically appeared from thin air, I suspect that I'll ruin it by editing at some point, though, thanks again for great comment, Larry
