The Metaphor

The Metaphor

God is the air that lets me be
It is the water that sustains
the bread that steadies my core
Yes, God is the eagle on which I soar
Ze is the rock upon which I stand
The lift in the Palm of a Hand
The house in which I live
Ze is the Love from which I give
The Lord is my powerful healing chime
my second, minute, hour and time
He is my providing Father
She is my comforting Mother
God is my joy, the one Who frees us
God is my YaHovah and my Jesus
It is my ark against floodstorm
It is my Spirit, binding us all
Deity is seen in things divine
Everything in Zer is mine
