The death of Jesus Christ

The death of Jesus Christ

Who can
Comprehend from
Health to sickness
The pain of suffering
Upon the cross
From healing to death
Upon the cross
Dragging in chains
The generations of humanity
Tears in the rivers
Alone is the man
That breaks bread and drinks poison wine
In the sins of hurt
The death upon the cross
O Lord
      This balm is now poison
As the Roman Emporer pronounced
The death of Jesus Christ
