The Orient Express

For Simon Bromley’s β€œOrient Express” Challenge

The Orient Express

For so many years, a symbol of great elegance, was the Orient Express;
The finest train in all the World, the pinnacle, the very best!
It went from Paris to Ancient Istanbul, gourmet dining and grand suites;
Sipping Dom Perignon in a panoramic club car, wealthy people one would meet!
.
But today there comes aa new Express, it rushes round the World;
But instead of a ticket, it can cost you dearly, the Corona (s)train unhurled!
It has stations in every city, or you can catch it at a mart;
Most trips aren’t very lengthy, for many will soon depart!
.
Doctor Jesse James and his gang members, plan to rob it and attack;
Steal all that it is carrying, and dynamite it off its tracks!
But right now, it’s running full steam, its power undetained;
We’ve gone to elegance and beauty, to the horror of this train!
.
.
Orient Express
Once elegant and tres chic
Now feared by all
