Who would have imagined
twenty years ago that we would all now be wasted
and clean out of pheromones ..
But then
Who would have ever imagined
the full consequences of refusing to accept the reality
of Covid and all of her variants ..

I take the first half of this to be about ageing. I'll be honest and say I'm not sure what the whole work is getting at. From a personal point of view and as someone who worked frontline through the first two pandemics I am sick of covid...I am now more afraid of the continual mass rollout of vaccines and boosters. I believe we are now neurotic and becoming fearful of the very idea of being alive and all that means. While no expert but entitled to an.opinion I also believe we are killing our natural immune systems with all this continual covid bullshit...just my take on it all. Hiya Nev...so now you need to tell me the full intent of the work 🙃🙂...well.you don't have to of course, most of the time I've no idea what my own are about but as I'm in between having watched Betty on Netflix and finding something else ( yep it's that bad) now might be a good time...failing that could you recommend something on Netflix? 😃😄😁

Neville gosh eek I read this a few times over. Then I scrolled down and noticed you mention Dexter, which makes sense. Maybe we have all lost our way, I haven’t watched all of dexter. I believe I got to the last season and had to take a break because it was freaking me out to watch it lol. So disturbing. I sense that disturbance here in this well penned piece

strange how we each arrive at our individual conclusions innit .. my reference to Dexter was a direct response to Marion inviting me to recommend a TV series for her to watch ... Lillyhammer is good too :)
Never heard of Lillyhammer. Is that like Dexter? It must of been seven years ago when I last watched Dexter and then had to turn it off.
Lillyhammer is the follow on from the Soprano's both very good & nothing like Dexter .................... enjoy x
We tend not to think about getting old and we certainly don't think about potential viral threats. And yet it happens 😕 x
Too bloomin write .. funnily enough tho' I wrote a poem a whole year before this particular threat became a reality & it was entitled 'Virus' .. that seems such a long time ago now and before I truly began to feel ancient ................................................................................................. x
