The reaper

The reaper

If tomorrow could be avoided I’d do it now
If days could be shortened I’d do it now
If life could be ended I’d do it now
Only and only if peace could be achieved I’d do anything now
No one on my side
On the lonely track
I see the sinister smile
I see the dark eyes
I see the naked world ugly,
 but pretending to be pious
The judging eyes
The sniffing noses
Why oh why
I ever did it
Why oh why
I carved it out of nothing
Why oh why
I loved it like my everything
Why oh why
I breathed air on to that rotten thing
They create norms
They lay down rules
They tell the right
Standing in a pool of their own wrong
They believe they are me
They now pretend to be me
The excuse of my deeds
They now use to suit their needs
Human created in my image
My image??
Never ever shall I be in that image
Never ever shall I resemble these revolting monster
Now I walk among them
In the colour they fear
With horns on my head
I will bring to life their dead
I will be the doomsday
I will be their nightmares
I will burn the world
I will crumble it to dust
And then they will call me the reaper, the destroyer
And I will have the peace, the peace of angels, the life of saints.

It's hard to quote a flawless poem. Not much to say. Very compelling and engaging stuff. So much emotion in this.
