THE REBEL IN ME
The rebel in me
wants to carry the sun away
and drop the stars from the heights
to push the clouds, change the winds
and stop the rain
to form the pressure and provoke the storm
to strike the lightning and create the thunder
to animate the thoughts, agitate the words
and disturb the silence
Forgive the rebel in me!
