The Scent of A Woman

The Scent of a Woman

Her fair hair is like silk, which gently flutters in a breeze,

and the sunlight reflects, the warmth that exceeds

Her eyes are like stars that sparkle in the night,

like diamonds they glimmer, and shimmer beyond sight.

Her skin is so soft, and a pleasure to caress.

And for them she allows, would say they are blessed.

She walks tall and alone with the grace of a cat,

and her head she holds high, beneath the cover of an hat.

From her neck to her feet she is like a work of art,

with a body been sculptured that can never depart.

In every way this woman has been blessed,

with Character and Personality that can never be assessed.

Money cannot buy, her heart made of gold,

She received it at birth, and it can never be sold.

Her entire Being is what makes her unique,

She is one of a kind, and she’s what all people seek.

An abundance of Humility, and Compassion she owns,

these Virtues she’s blessed with, of their worth she don’t know.

No Man can own her; she belongs to us all,

this woman with Integrity, who will always stand tall.

Of deception and deceit, these traits are unknown.

Unfamiliar to this woman, who would never condone.

Her presence is welcomed wherever she goes,

and she lights up the room, from her head to her toes.

Impossible to describe what I really want to say,

about the woman who I long for, who just won’t go away.

Just a small insight is all I can give,

about a Woman that I dream of, and for whom that I live.
