THE SILENCE OF NICO
The silence is so hard to bear
And our hearts are lonely and cold.
Because we no longer have you here
We wish there was something we could do to get you back
Because we`ve loved you since days of old.
We love you with all our hearts
For us nobody could ever replace
All the wonderful love that we had
And we would give anything just to once more see your beautiful face.
We know that God is now taking special care of you
And that now you have no pain.
But we wish that the angels could bring you back home to us
Then we would all be so happy again.
Nico can you hear us, as we talk to your photograph?
As we do so every day.
If so then our words of love are getting to you each day.
If the angels are listening to the words that we say
Could they please tell us so!
And that you can hear us as well
Please Lord! we hope that you can hear the words that we pray.
Nico is that your bark in our midnight hours?
When the world is quiet and still.
Is that the whispering touch of your unseen paw that`s trying to strengthen our will?
You had a nature that we could not help but love
And a heart much purer than gold.
You were upright and just in all of your ways
And so loving and kind with every breath that you took
God must have so very carefully made you from a piece of his precious soul.

Our Dear Georgina,
From the first words of "Tears for Nico", to the last ones of "The Silence of Nico", each beautiful line brought tears to our eyes. You are the most caring, loving person that Linda and I have ever known. God smiled down on us, that first day you responded to one of our poems on Cosmo. This love that we share and the common bond of having lost a soulmate, has brought us closer than most people have ever dreamt of. This is not a coincidence, for I know we have been soulmates in past lives. It is the priority on my bucket list, to someday in the near future all come together in person.

Thank you sweetie for that lovely letter. I`m glad you liked it honey. It`s strange because life was hectic for me too yesterday, so we must be keeping each other company. I hope too one day that that dream will come true.
