The Sloth and the Moth

The Sloth and the Moth

A sloth met a moth on a midnight rendezvous.. said the sloth to the menacing moth “You are bothering me now shoo !”  but the moth was persistant and flew around his space, flipping and a’flapping in a frenzied disgrace!

The sloth shook his shaggy coat so slowly as only a sloth would, but still he couldn’t shake off this minute moth..he would have caught him if he could..frantically flying full of aggravating intention.. this mischievous, manic moth was on a marauding intervention..then all of a sudden and from out of the blue, an owl swooped and grabbed the moth in his sharp talons and away she flew

Poor sloth being pestered by that moth.....Nature has a way of taking care of itself though...as the owl found an opportune time to swoop up lunch out of the moth.  Sloths are suppose to be covered in algae and all kinds of nasty parasites....so for this moth to be his bane is pretty interesting, when the sloth generally does not have much initiative to care about his general hygiene....lol   They are such interesting creatures though...fun to watch when they actually swim...with those long arms...It is funny.  I love animals...thanks for sharing. xo Love n Hugs
