The Sounds Of SΓ©ance
For Poetess Darklyβs βGraveβ Challenge
I need no phony clairvoyant, to converse with departed loves;
The place I go for a sΓ©ance, has a direct line to them above!
I stand atop their gravesites, I touch their marker stones;
All at once, I feel their spirits, and no longer am I alone!

I tell them how much I love them, the wind tousles then the trees;
I hear the words, βWe love you tooβ, echoing in the breeze!
Irenic peace engulfs me, a euphoria like Iβve never felt;
A solemn spiritual serenity, my heart and Soul amelt!
.
I touch the earth they rest in, I feel them hold my hand;
From their consecrated burial ground, the most sacred of all land!
I blow them sweetened kisses, say βIβll be returning very soonβ;
βFor another sΓ©ance with my loved ones, in not too many moonsβ!
