The bond they have

To say hello to the cat 
Then nibbles apples from a friend along the way 
They are curious about each other's simplistic life 
The feline enjoys lounging around 
So please don't disturb her groove 
It could put her in a awful mood
As for the turtle he comes for the shade 
Plus to cool his toes on this hot summer day 
He wants more than the feline is willing to give

Walking away the cat fades from view
