THE TOSS OF A COIN

Toss a coin high up in the cold night air
Look where it landed I think it's over there
Fifty fifty chance it will come down tails
That's what I will call because it never fails

Sure enough the coin landed as I hoped
If it was a head I'm sure I could not have coped
My future and fate decided by just one flip
What I was tossing for I will not let slip

My fate now sealed and here's what I must do
Collect the coin and return it back to you
The coin has decided and now I must agree
Should I toss it again and make it best out of three
