HEAVEN SCENT

Sunlight catches me
Illuminates petals
Exposing the veins of me
Intricate, glorious

Beauty shared
Existing to please
To compliment birds
To nourish the bees

In rippled warmth
Insects nip and play
My image
A pleasure
Makes better your day

Succumb to June breeze
Relinquish sweet scent
Breath deeply now
Rest
Such moments are meant
For you.
