The Wave

The Wave

The dilemma of on-line dating...

If first you’d known how many times I’ve tripped and stumbled into sin’s dark place

If first you’d touched the scars I hide, would you have smiled at pictures of my pretty face

If you had walked and seen where I’ve been and what I’ve done so many times to please and to appease

If you had stood, a ghost-like form and walked my eggshell path just once, would you still have waved and clicked ‘hello’, or passed on by unseen...?

Where would you be if all I’d done were there in print for all to see

If I had pasted pictures of my crimes to God, offences and my history

And you had seen his prolific tears at where the prodigal has been

Would you still have smiled and clicked ‘hello’ and waved, or passed on by unseen……?

Hello Jo...

Welcome to Cosmo!

Many would prefer the sinful path...

Sinners have much more fun...

I doubt many would just go past...

They're more curious in the Adventure...

Finding a special person, that's like looking for a needle in a haystack...

Great write!

Thank you for sharing...

Hugs...
