That smile
Reminding that life is not a trial
Past is not a sentance
Like as the future has no presence
The only thing that keeps us alive
Is this moment
Like when the news broadcast at the end of the show, a good story for once. Or, when you get a review for your new poem and it receives a good review. These are the small moments that make me smile, that and in the spring when the flowers return.
Life has many ups and downs. I really like the sentiment of your poem, it's simple and true.Â
