The Wrong Side

The Wrong Side

I used to be a good one,
Bright, innocent, like the sun,
My conscience so clear, so free,
I was happy as could be.

Now I think that things have changed,
I think my mind is now deranged,
I've changed sides, now I see,
The wrong is which I've chosen to be.

The dark, bad, wrong side,
Where you have little to decide,
The side that brings despair,
Few wish to go there...

But, the sad part seems to be,
Not that I'm on the wrong side for me,
But I don't regret a thing!
No matter what despair it may bring.

I know this side is very wrong,
And I've known it all along,
But it has this delightful bliss,
Being good isn't something I miss.
