Thinking Of You
Since I first met you not so long ago
Our hearts were beating as one as fate took hold
Remembering every moment of that glorious night where true love took a bite
Though there have been many highs and some lows
This love is still burning in plain sight wanting to grow
Looking across the river on this pictureque summer day
Trying to find a resolution for an answer ,so that love will continue to guide the way
Enduring many sleepless nights pondering, the past,the present ,the future of my life
Praying down to God on my broken knees for a solution to my plea
I have never met any woman quite like you
You are beautful,smart ,with a smile so intoxicating that it is as bright as the moon
I will never forget how you opened me up to the door of sweet poetry
As I think on my life tonight you have my heart until the end of time
With all the love I have to give you will always be with me right by my side
