Thirst
For me, you were the endless gush of waterĀ
flowing from one end to another, and I suffered from an never ending thirstĀ
you see I need you and I crave youĀ
darling it pains me to imagine a world without you, the worst pain imaginableĀ
given a choice I would choose you every timeĀ
but how strikingly lucky was I my dear
to meet you in my beginnings and have your face imprinted in my memory for the rest of my timeĀ
