"This Moment"

"Let us freeze,
this moment in time.
Will you allow me to be the one,
to change your mind,
about the drugs,
of which you partake,
that make you inconsiderate,
that label you fake?

Let this be the moment,
your suffering ends.
Let this precious moment,
be when you give up that sin,
to let this seed be sowed,
and it shall flourish,
as your new life begins.

Let this be the moment,
you laugh instead of cry,
because honestly,
I'm tired,
of watching my addict,
sisters and brothers die,
to this cursed spiritual disease.

Let this be the moment,
you fall to your knees,
as you cry out to God,
and plead, 'Just help me please!'

Let this be the moment,
you take your life,
back in your hands,
and give it to God,
as He helps you to stand,
because this is your golden oppurtunity,
I pray you seize it!
You deserve a good life,
and that happy person,
you can still be it!

Let this be the moment,
that you finally forgive,
all the things you have hid,
away from God,
and His Loving Grace,
because I want yours,
to be a face,
I see when I go to Heaven.

I know you are downtrodden,
my addict brethren,
but it can all stop,
and a new life can begin,
so seize this moment now,
for you might not have one then."
