Those that comment.

I was lost in the waters
There was a pain in my heart.
Confidence set in mortar,
Breaking from the start.
To those who support me,
I thank you most kindly.
To those who just comment
Your words just stop me dead.
For your 5 minute stops,
Give me 24 hours of joy.
A click of a button,
Is more than just somthing.
So I thank you most kindly,
I thank you I say,
For your words of support.
Lift up this Fishes day.
Thank you.

Oh, so very well expressed! It is a joy to be able to comment nicely about someone's poem but on the other side of the coin I know exactly how it feels to be lost in a thick cloud of a dark day only to be lifted from it by a thoughtful comment from someone who has read a poem you posted. A few words and your dark day becomes so much brighter. If only more people took a few moments out of their time to offer support to a fellow poet.
