Those Words

Those Words

Why did I ever pick you?
You were so mean to me.
You never gave me a diamond ring.
Not even the wedding of my dreams.
You yelled at me, in salted and put me down.
Somehow I would put on a fake smile.
While we were in town.
No one really knew how awful you were to me.
I will never forget those words that you said to me.
NO ONE WILL EVER LOVE YOU.
On that day you left my hurt bleeding.
You broke my hurt, killed my soul, crushed my Spirit
With those words. No one will ever love you.
Why did I ever pick you?
You never truly loved me.
Your words said exactly how you felt.
None of them were good.
You turned out not to be the husband I asked god for.
God would have never sent someone like you to me.
Itā€™s time to heal myself from your pain.
So Iā€™m going to leave.
After those words we will never be the same.
