Thoughts....They can bring us to new heights...or send us crawling on the ground....there are choices in what we think....we have thousands of them running rampant through our beautiful minds daily...and many have no idea what they're thinking..Or why....
God made me a writer of thoughts....poetry...and the wisdom shared, showed me how to capture a thought...and turn the negative into positive.... Mindfulness prevails...and harmony reigns....May you all find peace and harmony in your beautiful mind.....

THE MIND’S MASTERPIECE
God will give you a beautiful canvas
And, it’s what you call the mind
So, whatever you decide to paint on it, my friend
Paint the beauty you see and be kind
Listen to what you have to say for once
Put aside your ego, judgement and glory
When you can capture the negative, put forth the positive
You will then learn how to rewrite your mind's story
Because we collect thoughts like butterflies
Some are beautiful some are not
Remember the beauty, forget the cruelty
The thoughts in your mind, can’t be sold, can’t be bought..
A true thought brings with it great reflection
Learn to reflect on the beauty, learn how to distinguish
Take control of your thinking, teach your mind truth
And each negative thought gets easier to relinquish!
