Thunderstorms

Thunderstorms

I can’t understand why

Why the lightning performs

Flashing bright in the sky

Because I’m afraid during thunderstorms

I lay awake on my bed

Everything I dread

Inside my head

I can’t think

During Thunderstorms

I wake up the next to day

I’ve been, too long, away

I can’t stand the norms

Because part of me dies

In the middle of thunderstorms
