Time stood still

Everything moved on but I got caught in the one second that changed my life

Seasons came and went , people moved on but I stood waiting for him to just open that door and walk back into my heart 

I waited for just one look, one sign that would tell me he's back

Years past but he never came 
Everyone told me that the dead never return but I don't listen

Now I fade slowly but my heart still waits for him to return.
