Poem -

To Capture Youth

To Capture Youth

It's hard to capture the feeling of spring.

You could try to take a photo,

But this photo will show you nothing.

One thousand words, but you'll never know

It's hard to capture the rays of the sun.

You could try to use a glass jar,

But this empty jar will show you none.

For in the night it's gone too far.

It's hard to capture the youth of a boy.

You could try to lock him in a room,

But this room will become void of joy.

All it will be is a desolate tomb.

Spring will return, and the sun will rise again,

But youth has no cycle, there is only an end.
