To  My Friend In Heaven 

I just want to type a message, but I know you can't reply, 
A part of me feels at ease knowing you are watching me from the sky.

It's only been a few a days. And yet it feels so long
Replaying what I heard  like lyrics to a song

I wish I could have helped you and been a better friend
Then maybe you would still be here and your life wouldn't have had to end.

We used to talk about everything, the pain and the broken hearts,
The pain others left us when they decided to part.

That was the main reason we was such good friends because I knew what you felt ,you never had to pretend 

The same pain we shared, all we ever wanted was for someone to be there.
Someone who could deal with us and never want to leave, I am thankful you found that friend in me.

I can still hear your voice in my head like it was yesterday.
We haven't talked Voice to voice in a while, but if you could be here id have so much to say. 

Watch over me my dear friend as I keep you close to my heart, 
I'll think of you every night when I look up at the Stars .

And thank God for letting us cross paths and meet,
You saw the greatness in me, no one else could see

Rest easy my dear friend may you never be alone 
You are with the Angels now that God called you home.
