To the late and great Alan Haddock

Like a rainbow in skies of grey,
Sprinkling water over the suns great ray,
R.I.P Alan Haddock,
A diamond in every way.
Alan was always smiling,
Always full of cheer,
Making sure at bbqs,
Your hands were never empty of food,
Not to mention wine,
Alcohol pops or beer. 
My kids and I,
As with all of you,
love all our memories of the Late and Great Alan Haddock,
All our memories of pasts yesteryears.
All penned up in our minds greatest of paddocks.
Rosey cheeks and a smile all the while,
Alan will be with us all until we reach our final mile.
Sitting there from way up high,
Sitting there waving down to us,
From his temple in the sky....
Never fear,
as no one lives forever,
We will all eventually join Alan and all our past lost loved ones.
Remember this as remembering is a way of carrying on.
Remember this and in life you’ll always,
For Alan,
Remain immensely strong.  
Remember the good years,
Let go of your fears and shed your tears,
Speak to Alan as I’m sure,
Unlike us,
He hears.
Alan is now not in pain,
No longer cancer hanging over him,
Causing Alan and all such fear.
All we can do is remember him,
Every second,
Minute,
Hour,
Day,
Week,
Month and year...
Remember this great husband,
Father,
Son, 
Uncle and friend.
Remember him eternally,
Until your very end
