To You, My Friend

Like the golden ray of the  rising  Sun,

I found you come to my life,

bringing light, 

bringing cheers,

bringing happiness,

transforming me as happy as I could!

Separated we’re though

by seas and languages,

by distance unthinkable,

but being available whenever I think of you!

I  keep waiting for you

to come my home next time,

to while away some time together,

to get wrapped in warmth untold!

You don’t understand what I speak;

I don’t understand what you speak;

but, once fine tuned we’re

we understand everything spoken,

making language a fool’s invention!

I wish how great it would be

if the world  understood the language of friendship!
