To Yourself

To each their own,
I am becoming aware,
Only to ourselves we matter!

Distractions are distracting           
               everywhere,
      always subtracting,
                    rarely adding. 
       Become aware of your-self!

    Mind your manners, 
                manners remind us,
   we are brainwashed.
