Together Always....
Each day....
I see you struggle
deeply crushed
in this cancerous gripÂ
growing weaker
day by day
your life force
draining from you
yet.....
from deep within
a light shines
though dim
it burns defiantly
determined to exist
never giving up
this fight to live
So....
don't forget
I am always here
to help keep
this light alive
for what ever happens
we have each other
so remember
I love you......!

Most Holy Of God's!!...........Lissie,  I'm not even sure if I'm happy that I caught this write.......i wanted to cry, and then something made me want to rejoice in the recognition of your STRENGTH ~ in the midst of this most desperate of scenario's.......i don't know that this is a true story.....but regardless........i crumbled as i read each passing line of this........it's TRULY ......movingly...........profound!!............God Bless you & yours my friend...........kisses..........T xx

Yes sadly this is true, Forrest was my fiance and he lost his fight against cancer last Friday. Â I find poetry really helps me express feeling I am unable to speak.

Cancer can strike anyone any time and any place. Sadly my fiance was struck and lost his battle last Friday. I lost my husband to it as well nearly 8 years ago. Â I find pieteyhelp me to express my emotions that I am unable to speak.
