Poem -

Tomb for Regrets

Regrets; consign them to the tomb

Deny their pointless energy spent

LIVE, BREATHE and GRAB life’s ragged path.

Only kindness matters at its end

In life’s rich dance.

Kristofferson sang of

Trading his tomorrows for a single yesterday

Strikes chord,

Regret for things undone

Plays eternal round

Futile energy spent on time and tide

A backwards look a fervent glance

Things thrown away on little chance

Unless there is something you can do

To right the wrongs dispel the gloom?

Regrets; consign them to the tomb

LIVE!
