Transgression and Glory

Ashamed. Travelling yonder. If only to shed the grief. For the
Beat of my heart, my divine affliction. Thus the stream,
Fraught with thorns. And I’m destined to perish, my forbidden
Love. Wherefore my soul—singed aglow, mourning division.
But oh such glorious affliction. To fall, alive in your death, unto
Panic and salvation. But distance, despite amazement, a sword
Through the spirit. And sin, the flinch of my soul, as radiant as
A flickering flame. Whereby infliction, appears as righteous,
But I dare to transgress. For struck with awe, my empyreal
Queen, as divine as darkness. And valiant in my trespass, I
Crossed unto hellish visions. Wherefore possessed, I affronted
Wisdom. Thus perdition, the ache of my soul, unto sulfur and
Flame. But majesty, as vibrant as light, the touch of mercy.
Whereby affliction, rapture of paradise, affection of my soul.
