Turn your frown into a smile and never be sad

 Wear the helmet of  salvation oh lost lad.

Wear the breastplate of righteousness oh wicked lad.

Wear the shield of faith oh doubting lad.

You are a very good lad  who is not so bad.

Let joy of salvation be yours oh joyless lad

Let peace that passes all human understanding
