Truth about Love

We all want love but never want to show it,
What is wrong with our generation?
Puppy love is what I call it, why?
Maybe because we fall in love,
But quickly fall back out of love when times get rough.
Nights go by and then it leads to heartbreak and night cries,
Most times only one of the people tries,
But why?
Maybe because it’s a love high,
And when we come down,
We realize that everything could have been a lie.
Love isn’t something that we should play with,
But rather something that we build up.
