Poem -

Turned to dust .

It destroyed our livelihood
us and many others .
We had no choice but to migrate
Become refugees in our own country .

In the great stormsĀ 
We could keep nothing clean
the great storms wiped away our fields
There was no more green .

The farm no longer paid
The animals had nothing to eat
How simple is dust , But it destroyed us .
- The drought and storms of the 1930's ...
