Poem -

Two birds

Forever

Two birds

Love had plans for the two birds, words of song they'd sing
In the gentle light of morning, on a beautiful day in spring

Two birds sang the boundaries
One nest was cold and alone
He sang a tune of lonsome
Yet the bravest tune I've known

And she had herd in moments
That pretty little tune of hope
Her nest was warm and woven
With twigling and a rope

They sang the boundaries together,  yet were far apart,  he sang to her a sweet tune, that entered then her heart

He flew a little closer,  her song of joy brought him near, the sounds of loves sweet calling
Had settled in his ear

They sang the boundaries together,  in a perfect melody and tone, he was now so happy
No longer on his own

She sang a song inviting him,  to come and rest beside , he sang his songs with hope and love until the day he died

You see true love is forever,  those two birds loved until the end, he and her had found eachother,  a lover and a friend

Their songs became the story
Of a tale beyond the trees
And if you listen to the silence
May hear their songs upon the breeze
