Unappreciated

Whenever someone needs advice
Or whenever there is a problem
I will be the first one to reach out
And try my best to help solve them

When i know that anyone is sad
It would bother me all the while
and i would try to think of ways
that i can make them smile

Sometimes I would write a poem for them
some thing romantic or a little funny
sometimes they would laugh so much
they would  say " kaz you're crazy

we have to care for each other
in today's tough times 
the world is full of sadness 
with hate terrorism and crimes

in every part of society today
we all are in need of compassion
some will say they don't need it
but deep inside we're just human

so its my duty to always be on call 
And also to be available also
 if a friends going through a tough time
And don’t know what to do

I guess they could say that 
I can handle pressure very well
And if they do notice that i,m hurting also
 well they never did tell

I will do anything for a friend
and try so very hard to please,
but still  I’m left unappreciated,
and no one cares or even sees

And if they ever need me,
I will be there when they call,
But some times it hurts to know
that they they don’t see me when i fall 

and it hurts to be unappreciated,
and it breaks my heart everyday
that no one cares about me,
Or if they do care ,they don’t say

in my life i cant feel happiness
So try to give it to others
And I wish some times they see me 
But no one ever really bothers

So I just sat here alone
Thinking of the only girl I ever wanted
But still i find time for my friends
But some just takes it all for granted

I will write so many poems
Trying to change to the word
I will even give them a warm blanket
But they never see me in the cold

So I will keep on being me
Always giving a shoulder to lean on
And though no one appreciate me now
i know they will miss me when I’m gone

cause you never miss the river 
Until it’s completely run dry
So today I’m here unappreciated
But tomorrow might be the day i say goodbye
