The speaker of fiery rhetoric
Seeks to sway the angry masses

Regurgitating hateful lies
Same old fear and prejudice song

Mainstream types dismiss his rants
And his core cadre of kooks

Hard to take barbarians seriously
In this sophisticated age

Especially here in the Land of the Free,
With our democratic traditions

Mass apathy brings down empires  
Freedom should never be taken for granted
