Upper Rooms

Our deaths are filled with gloom
We're left lying in a tomb
But to think we could be happy in the upper room
When we've had our share of living
And our lives are through
At least we may be up there, enjoying the view
Its a comfort to us all
Our lives were filled with revelations
But there's still some hope ; the afterlife can be a celebration
It's hard to deny when someone's left us far too soon
But there's still a ray of hope , thanks to the upper room
