Valentine Week (Haiku)

Valentine Week (Haiku)

velvety red rose
fragrance lingering in air
aeonian love

glinting hopeful eyes
chin up body weak on knees
a heart plated ring

silky satin smooth
crumb of crunchy chocolates
mild molten moments

scarlet fur Panda
a gift but not from santa
clasp tight in lone nights

promise that ne'er break
no hammer could ever shake
tenderness within

snugly warm cuddle
filling voids of tender heart
two bodies one soul

blushing ruby cheeks
lips embracing shaky lips
breath of love exchanged

be my valentine
or you can choose to deflect
my love will ne'er change

Cold Night

Haiku

Cold Night

I weaken nightly,
Missing your warmth and your love,
You now give to her.
