Poem -

Very very black you are in heart

Very very black you are in heart

Very very black you are in heart taking all that robs me of my life without taking it whole
My day consists of you straddling me, slowly at first almost as if you are a mist and by night you are the gravity that would have me rip you apart if you were solid

If you were a man I’d go to jail for your life
If you were a woman I would sell my soul over and over again to remove your laugh, to remove your nails that rip and piece with no blood shed
Your smile doesn’t fool me anymore, doesn’t solve me anymore then you deserve
Tomorrow I throw you away to a day that may never come
