Waitin' for her daddie

Waitin' for her daddie

Nose pressed up against the window- paine

Waitin' for her dad,

He's been away throughout the week,

For her, that's quite quite sad.

She's a daddies girl for sure,

And she loves her daddie so,

He'll be home for the week-end soon,

She awaits the car-lights glow.

At last, he's home, she rushes to the door,

To be scooped up in his arms,

Hugged and kissed and told she's missed

She has won him with her charms.
