Walk on Water
 
You would walk on water to win over my heart
And you would cause the mighty seas to part
 
Your offer of love is as refreshing as an April shower
You are a combination of both beauty and power
 
From the ocean shore to the depths far below
Yours is the sea of love I want to come to know
 
I feel that I only half the man I used to be
I am hopeful that your love will set me free
 
You can see something brilliant shining within me
Take me to that place in my heart beside the sea
 
You must see all of the love that dwells within my heart
Because of you it’s be come a raging fire about to start
 
Over the years many tears I have come to know
I  can’t help wonder does my vulnerability show
 
You have placed me so high in a lofty place
But did you know I still have my demons to face
 
It’s one challenge that you don’t seem to mind
Your enormous  heart can be so caring and kind
 
Think I could give you my aching heart on a silver platter
When it seems a mutual love is all that really matters
 
You would climb a mountain peak for my hand
I would say that I am the luckiest man in the land
 
Why don’t we try to live out our lives in happiness and bliss?
Our newfound love sealed with your passionate kiss
 
A brand new beginning to this blessed love can be
Your love can be a beacon when my heart’s lost at sea
 
Allow your loving beacon to forever burn bright
Our new love will burn a hole in darkness of night
